The
Swiss-style chalet on a four acre secluded Salt Spring Island
property has a peaked ceiling, two walkout decks,
and tall arbutus and fir trees all around it. |
 |
The
living room has a queen-size sofa bed. Sliding glass doors open
to the deck that overlooks the channel and Vancouver Island
to the south and west. During the day, the deck catches lots
of sunshine and at dusk you can enjoy sunsets over the water. |

large deck |

A large deck faces the woods and is accessed from the bedroom.
It can be used for eating outdoors or simply relaxing on the
lounge. |
 |
There
are beautiful views from the front deck of the channel and numerous
slopes down to the ocean. Here, the view to the left reveals
the Sansum Narrows, with promontories from Salt Spring and Vancouver
Islands facing each other. |

Deer
and quail are frequent visitors to our peaceful property, as
they feel safe in this secluded environment of nearly four quiet
